Returns & Exchanges

At JRG Livestock & Pet Supply, we want you and your animals to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip and the RMA number.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
